Medici is a HIPAA-compliant mobile telehealth solution designed to enable providers to connect with patients securely from anywhere. Medici offers features that include secure text, voice, and video messaging, ePrescribe, eRefer, group chat, in-app billing, chat translate, data imports & exports, private phone numbers, organized consults, and $1M liability insurance.
The platform allows medical providers to virtually connect with patients and engage in consultation without the hassle of physical waiting rooms, paperwork, or exposure to airborne pathogens. Health professionals can import patient lists from the provider’s third-party EHR systems, and patient messaging can be implemented by alerting patients to the provider’s new telehealth service using the Medici announce feature.
Medici also helps remove language barriers as it provides real-time translations for over 20 languages. Providers can collect medical payments and prescribe medications during consulting sessions using the Medici chat feature. The system offers support via in-app, email, and an online knowledge base and offers a virtual marketing kit for promoting the service to patients. The service is available using either Android or iOS and has over 20,000 medical professionals using it. Medici is offered across three pricing plans to meet provider needs.

ePrescribe
Health professionals can quickly and securely prescribe medications during or immediately following patient consultations.
Chat translate
Medici offers real-time translation between providers and patients to help overcome language barriers. It supports 20 languages. Professionals are able to select their preferred input language from the settings screen.
Colleague connect
Health professionals can collaborate via Colleague Connect, which allows providers to team up in order to help patients, refer to each other, and exchange expertise.
