About DonorPerfect
Based in Pennsylvania, DonorPerfect is a customer relationship management (CRM) software that is specifically tailored for nonprofits that are looking to fundraise. It can be used by small and big nonprofits alike and is offered as a cloud-based solution, giving access to users anywhere with an internet connect.
DonorPerfect has a five-pronged approach to fundraising. The five components are fundraising activities, donation processing, reporting and analysis, information management, and nonprofit payment tools. Fundraising activities assist with managing contacts with donors and helping track and run different fundraising activities. Donation processing makes it easy to keep tabs on any kind of donation. Reporting and analysis allows management to see the results of campaigns and better manage them. Information management allows nonprofits to go virtual, and access necessary donor information without having to sift through piles of paper. Nonprofit payment tools allow organizations to solicit donations from a variety of different mediums, including social media, donations made through a website, reoccurring gifts, and e-check processing. DonorPerfect can even be access through mobile devices, both iOS and Android compatible.
The Asheville Humane Society needed help in covering non-government-funded campaigns and in allowing staff to access the same information anywhere. DonorPerfect allowed the company to raise $2.5 million for a new building and exceed the goals of its direct mail campaign. The organization was also able to reconnect with past donors who had lapsed, and improved fundraising results with web-based access to necessary information and communications.
